Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship all items in a timely fashion, normally between 2-4 business days. Due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, COVID-19, etc., the actual delivery time may be longer. If your purchase item is time sensitive, please reach out to us before placing the order.

We mail all purchases to the address you provide, so please check the accuracy of the mailing address. Nicole Batt Illustration (Nicole Batt) accepts no responsibility for purchases delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, but we will investigate your situation to try to obtain an appropriate delivery solution.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, orders placed may experience a shipping delay and may take longer than normal usual delivery times.

We may provide free standard shipping to your order. If expediting shipping is requested by the customer, an additional fee will be charged to the order.
